Glammu is an application where we sell our own brand 'Glammu' clothes to customers, distributors, dealers, sub-dealers, and resellers. The application and the website at www.glammu.com ("Website") (collectively, "Platform") are operated by Muprice Retail India Pvt Ltd (referred to as "Company" / "muprice"). Services are available exclusively through the application; users must install the application to access them.
1.2 When are these Terms applicable and binding on the User?The Agreement applies to any person who installs, downloads, visits, accesses any part of the Platform, or utilizes the Services. Such persons are referred to as users, which include without limitation users who are browsers, customers, marketing managers, distributors, dealers, sub-dealers, resellers, other purchasers, or contributors of content (collectively, "User"). The Agreement between the User and the Company becomes effective on the date the Application is downloaded, the Website is accessed, and/or the Agreement is updated, creating a legally binding arrangement between the User and the Company.
1.3 Can the terms of this Agreement be modified?Users can review the most current version of the Agreement at any time on the Website. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally update, change, or replace any part of the Agreement by publishing updates or changes on the Platform, with such amended provisions becoming effective immediately upon being posted on the Platform. It is the responsibility of the Users to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of or access to the Application following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1.4 What if the terms of the Agreement are not acceptable to the User?If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they are advised to refrain from using the Platform. By using the Services, the User signifies agreement to abide by the terms of the Agreement (as updated from time to time).
You must be at least 15 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 15 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Marketing Managers / Distributors / Dealers / Sub-Dealers / Resellers / Customers are independent entities and not employees, partners, or representatives of muprice. This relationship does not constitute a joint venture or partnership between the parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
In order to access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.
Muprice reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, change, modify, add or remove any portion of this policy at any time without any prior written notice to you. It is Users responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates/ changes.
"Glammu" is a brand name associated with muprice. The parent company is "muprice retail india pvt ltd." Any use of the brand "Glammu" is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by muprice retail india pvt ltd.
All content and materials available through our Services, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Muprice or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Services without our prior written consent.
