The cancellation policy applies to Glammu's website (www.galmmu.com) and the mobile application under the brand name "Glammu" (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). It outlines the process by which orders placed by customers or resellers ("Users") on the Platform can be canceled by the User, the supplier, or Glammu.
If the User has made payment before canceling the order, the refund will be credited to the same payment source (bank accounts, UPI, etc.) from which payment was received. Discount vouchers or promotional offers used during the canceled order will be forfeited.
